Main website updates

I’ve finished with the home page update for now, decided against placing adverts in Flash. I got only one advertiser now so for the time being it will do. Portfolio page got a new realign. Only Flash needs updating with new templates.
Hopefully, I get all pages updated to avoid massive reboot.
